Venezuelan Parliament blames Maduro for death of children in hospitals

The National Assembly [Parliament] of Venezuela, of overwhelming opposition majority, blamed Nicolás Maduro on Tuesday for the deaths, occurred this month, of at least four children waiting for a bone marrow transplant.
